The pay rate is determined before you begin the assignment and can vary from one assignment to the next. We regularly review your performance and pay status. We also take care of all required state and federal payroll deductions and unemployment insurance, and we match Social Security contributions and provide workers' compensation insurance.How You Are PaideConnect is our online timekeeping system, it allows our employees to easily record and submit time worked to our payroll group. In addition to timekeeping and reporting eConnect provides pay stub information, total hours worked, assignment history, and payroll history.
