The following plans are available at employee%u2019s expense:%u00b7 MEC (Minimal Essential Coverage) %u2013 meets the individual mandate requirement under the Affordable Care ActCoverage includes preventative health services for adults, women and children.%u00b7 Fixed Indemnity Plan %u2013 covers some hospitalization%u00b7 Dental Insurance%u00b7 Vision InsuranceDetails of the plans and associated rate schedules will be given to prospective employees at the time of their interview. Changes may be made to the selected plan within thirty (30) days of the start of an employee%u2019s first assignment or during TPCG%u2019s annual open enrollment or due to the occurrence of a life changing event (marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of child, death of immediate family member, Medicare entitlement, loss of dependent status or loss of prior coverage) Holiday PayIn order to qualify for holiday pay you must satisfy the following:%u00b7 You must have worked a total of 840 straight time hours during the - 24week period precedingthe holiday.%u00b7 You must work the scheduled day before and after the holiday and the day of the holiday (if asked to do so).%u00b7 If you are required to work the day of the holiday, and you satisfy eligibility requirements, you will receive an additional 8 hours of straight time pay for the Holiday in addition to your normal weekly compensation for the actual time worked.Paid Holidays%u00b7 New Year%u2019s Day%u00b7 Memorial Day%u00b7 Independence Day%u00b7 Labor Day%u00b7 Thanksgiving Day %u00b7 Christmas DaySpecial Hours IncentivesEach year on your anniversary date you will receive $150.00 if you have successfully completed 2,000 straight time hours during that year.Referral BonusYour referrals are an integral part of our success. If while you are employed by TPCG, you send us your personal referral who is hired and works 80 consecutive hours on assignment, a special bonus will be awarded. All you have to do is give a TPCG Recruiter the names and contact information of your referrals and we will do the rest!
